ST Authentics — Refund & Returns Policy

We want every order from ST Authentics to arrive safely and as described.

Returns

If you purchase online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period and return the item as instructed.

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels and tags attached where applicable.

Where an item has been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery, or where original tags or packaging have been removed, this may affect your right to a refund to the extent permitted by law.

Exchanges and sizing

We do not offer exchanges simply because an item does not fit. Please check the size information provided on the product page before ordering.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Return postage

Where a customer exercises a statutory cancellation right because they have changed their mind, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods where permitted and where the required information has been provided.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, return arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
